Frequently Asked Questions

Q:Are your items original? brand new?
A:Yes! All our items are brand new & factory sealed. (N&S). We purchase our stock from legitimate Australian suppliers and our products are identical to what you would expect to find in any retail outlet.
Q:I am an international bidder will your products work in my country?

A:DVDs: Will generally work in Europe. North American customers will need a multizone DVD Player.

A:Video Games: PS2/PS3/XBOX/XBOX 360: Will work in Europe. North American customers will need a specially modified console.

A:Electrical Products: Most are for 240V if your country doesn't use 240V please check with us before bidding. Some items have an international (switching) power supply and some do not so it depends on the product.

Q:How long will it take for my order to arrive (Australian Customers)?
A:We ship all orders the same day we receive payment. Please note payments from some banks take up to 3 business days to reach us so use paypal for urgent orders as this is instant. Orders can take anywhere from 1-6 days depending on your location within Australia.
Q:How long will it take for my order to arrive (International Customers)?
A:We ship all orders via airmail. Order can take anywhere from 5-20 days depending on your location and factors such as customs delays which are beyond our control. Note we only accept PAYPAL for customers outside Australia. No checks or money orders please they are useless to us here in Australia.
Q:Will this DVD work in a US or Canadian DVD Player?
A:All our DVDs are in Region 4 (encoded to work with Australian DVD players). Many North American DVD players can play DVDs from anywhere in the world and these are known as multiregion DVD players. Please confirm with your DVD manufacturer that your DVD player will be able to play Australian DVDs before bidding.
Q:Invoicing for multiple purchases?
A:If you have made multiple purchases, please proceed to completing checkout. Our checkout system will automatically combine your invoices into a single order. There is no need for us to issue you a combined invoice first.
Q:Will you under declare customs value or mark my item as a gift?
A:No - this is an offense here in Australia, we state the exact value on the customs slip as you may be required to show proof of the order cost before customs releases this product in your country.
Q:Do you offer express post or registered post?
A:We offer express post this option is selectable during checkout. Express Post within Australia costs an extra $4.00. Deliveries to postcodes in the express post network should reach you within 2 working days. As all orders are insured via DSI against loss or damage we do not offer registered post.
Q:Lost or Delayed Mail?
A:Please check with your local post office first as we find that in most cases of delayed mail the order has been at the post office the whole time. Please allow up to 10 days within Australia or 21 days overseas before contacting us, as from time to time these sorts of postal delays do occur especially during peak periods such as holiday seasons.
Q:Feedback?
A:We respond to all positive feedback received with positive feedback. If you have any problem with your order please contact us prior to leaving feedback.
Q:Information about the contents of a DVD?
A:Our DVDs are brand new and factory sealed, as such we are unable to open them and elaborate as to the contents. If any of the listings have illegible front or back cover scans please contact us and we will be happy to help you out with any information that is on the front or back cover.
Q:Are your items physically in stock?
A:Yes they are! We have all items ready to ship to you upon receiving your payment.
Q:Can you provide a TAX INVOICE?
A:Yes we can - we are a fully registered business. When you make a purchase with us and complete checkout, a printable invoice showing our ABN will be made available automatically for you to print as part of the checkout process.
Q:I am having trouble locating a DVD can you help?
A:By all means feel free to contact us - if we can find it we will get it in for you and offer it to you at the best price we can.
