Security of your private details

Once you have registered on the JJA Entertainment web site, your personal details and other highly confidential information are only transmitted via 128-bit SSL and only stored in an encrypted format within a Secure socket layer protected directory on our server which in turn resides behind a firewall.  We collect your contact information (name, address, e-mail address, and phone numbers) and financial information (credit card details), to process your order. This information will be kept confidential and at no time will this information be traded, swapped, exchanged or sold to any other party or company. JJA Entertainment will only use this information to complete a customer order, or to communicate with the customer to discuss associated problems or delays concerning their order(s). We may share this information and only that information which is absolutely necessary, with those third parties that are involved in the processing of your order. For example, the financial institution that issued your credit card and the carrier that delivers your order.

Credit Card Information

Your credit card details are used for the purpose of payment of your order by JJA Entertainment. We will at no time disclose this information for any other purpose, than to use these details for the payment of a customer order. The customer gives us their authority to use these details for payment of their orders by using this web-site or by submitting them through facsimile. All credit card details are encrypted during on-line data transfer using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Credit card details are not stored in our database/servers. Credit card details will be destroyed after each transaction and customers must submit the credit card details each time you place an order.

Cookies

A "cookie" is a packet of information that allows the JJA Entertainment server (the computer that houses our web site) to identify and interact more effectively with your computer. Our web server uses cookies if the customer’s browser allows. The cookie is only used for shopping session purpose and is not used for collecting individual details. When you access our web site, we send you a "temporary cookie" that gives you a unique identification number. A different identification number is sent each time you use our web site.
